If you an encounter a problem with our iOS apps that go to a white screen and stay there, even if you relaunch it, you've hit a problem with memory and the multitasking version of the OS.
We've found that certain apps can be memory hogs on iOS and love running in the background, taking up memory.
This restricts the amount of memory available for our apps to launch properly.
To overcome this problem the best idea is to bring up the active app tray and undertake the steps to quit a few of the application still in memory.
You should also quit any of our apps that may have been stuck in a white screen state.
We are currently in the process of modernising our apps for iOS 5, including a few of the older apps that never had specific multitasking behavior settings applied for iOS4, having never been updated beyond iOS 2/3.
