(For Use With) The social and cultural background of the Aronhi will take some work to find a suitable location in the Traveller universe.
Being clan based and militaristic with a very different kind of gender based social structure than most 'humanized' races, it's important to find a good home for them. Their very nature will make them hard to integrate into K'Kree, Hiver, Imperial, Zhodani or Solomani states.
Both Vargr and Aslan space might serve them best. The volatile nature of Vargr space and the ability of that major race to be relatively flexible means they could get on with the Aronhi if they were an independent work=ld or small state. The corsair lifestyle might appeal for some wayward Aronhi clans, but their search for dominance and formal military recognition will mean they tend to form solid and cohesive clans that can unify against outside threats such as Vargr corsairs.
Having the Aronhi within Aslan space would hardly cause a ripple in the affairs of that region. The Aronhi and Aslan do share some similar social traits and these could mesh together. The Aronhi are more militaristic and very cunning tacticians would lend themselves well to Aslan needs. The stable and formal structure of the Aslan could tend stability to the Aronhi.
but in the end having another feline species inside a feline empire is a bit of stereotype.
As a small client state world on the far fringes of known space, such as the far spinward regions could make them an interesting oddity for explorers, particularly if they were a client world of a far reaching Aslan Ihatei fleet.
As a small client world they could be situated in many places. FSpace portrays them with the equivalent technology comparable with Traveller's TL 11, so they wouldn't be advanced enough to a threat to any major power that they are situated near. However depending on the subsector they are based in, they could overwhelm a region quickly without a decent neutral or opposition world power close by.
